Gourmet Sabzi in Minutes - Tofu with our Five Herbs & Lime Sauce

Using one jar of our shortcut Ghormeh Sabzi, this recipe serves 3 people.

You will need: 1 jar of Exotic Bazaar Herbs & Dried lime sauce (Gourmet-Sabzi) 300 grams firm Organic Tofu                                      1 can of Red Kidney Beans

Salt & Black Pepper                                 

Method: Dice the tofu into desired cube sizes.

Spray a medium sauce pan with oil and lightly fry the tofu until golden brown.

Empty one jar of Exotic Bazaar Five Herbs & Lime sauce to the pan.

Drain, rinse & add the can of red kidney beans to the pan. (shortcut method)

Gently stir together and let simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes until the flavours are blended.

Taste and season with salt and black pepper. Serve on rice, or baked potato, or couscous. Enjoy :)
