Ingredients:

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 100g pistachios, chopped
  • 100g marshmallows, cut small
  • 50g Turkish delight, chopped
  • 50g dried cranberries (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Chocolate: Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt it gently over a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.

  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, marshmallows, Turkish delight, dried cranberries (if using), and Exotic Bazaar’s Rose Petals. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

  3. Combine: Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir well, ensuring everything is evenly coated with the luscious chocolate.

  4. Spread & Set: Pour the mixture into a lined dish, spreading it evenly. Garnish with extra chopped pistachios and rose petals for an added touch of colour and fragrance. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until completely set.

  5. Cut & Enjoy: Once set, remove the Rocky Road from the dish and cut it into squares or bars. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
