Ingredients:
- 2 Large zucchinis, grated
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your preferred choice)
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Exotic Bazaar’s Lebanese Za'atar spice blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 bacon rashes sliced (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a baking dish with baking paper.
