My family and I absolutely love this delicious cake! I especially love the added chickpea flour which gives it a nutty flavour and it’s gluten free! The icing has just the right amount of rosewater and the rose petals and nuts give it the final touch!
We've had and loved the Persian cake mix so was excited to try the Trio of Signature Cake Mixes, and we were not disappointed. They are all tasty and yet different to one another. They come with everything you need including the information for things you need to add [like eggs, yoghury, sugar]. Easy peasy no fuss cake baking. Highly recommend them.
I have been purchasing the Persian Love Cake for years now and can't go past it as a celebration cake! So many compliments about the flavour and presentation. I even love putting Lemon butter through the centre!
Generally, I don't use cake mixes I make my own.
I've been using a Persian cake mix for sometime and it has been a game changer. The two new mixes are superb so delicious. I don't have to change anything just make them as per the box and they're amazing. They stay fresh and are unusual and delicious. I will be regular in my cake repertoire.
