🌹Persian Love Cake Recipe

A romantic almond-based cake infused with rosewater, saffron, and cardamom — topped with rose icing and floral garnish.

You’ll need:
2 eggs
½ cup yoghurt
¾ cup melted butter or oil

What to do:

1- Mix eggs, oil, yoghurt. Add cake mix.
2- Pour into 20cm tin and bake at 170°C for 40–50 mins.
3- Cool completely. Mix icing sugar with rosewater.
4- Spread icing and decorate with rose petals, pistachios, and almonds.
