Love these meal bases!

So easy and yet very tasty. I have used two so far and my husband absolutely loved them both. I sprinkled toasted slivered almonds over the top of the lamb and beans dish - delicious! Forgot to take photos - too eager to start eating 😀

Baking with love

Bought this for my mum for Christmas so that we could make it together for her birthday, which we did. I was super proud of myself as I am not a cake maker and it was so delicious. Za'atar was fantastic

I am new to Lebanese cuisine and am loving learning about the unique spice blends that create such wonderful dishes. I purchased Za'atar after researching Labneh and I am far from disappointed. Fail proof for a beautiful cake

I have made this a number of times as both a full cake and cupcakes. It is perfect every time, light and delicate. Cardamom is my favourite spice. Don’t compare this product to supermarket cake mixes - it is a much superior product.

Easy and delicious

Beautiful flavour, like nothing else I have tried. It is not too sweet for those worries about the molasses -very subtle. I love the ease of these meal bases and also the flexibility to add whatever you want or have available. I serve this with couscous or the tagine. After trying my first pack, I soon ordered quite a few more to have in the pantry.

Shaky start

I ordered this as a Xmas gift for my sister who lives in a different state. There was an issue with the freight company and tracking indicated that my order had stalled and wouldn't arrive on time. After making contact with Exotic Bazaar through the website, the company did everything possible to track down the issue. I was offered a refund but chose to get them to try sending the item again. It arrived in time for Xmas and the company checked in with me along the way, reassuring me that it was on its way. My sister is very happy with the item, the packaging, and the condition it arrived in. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Great for steamed fish

This spice mix is perfect for lightly steamed fish in the hot summer. Grind a little of the spices, mix them into butter, and rub them onto the fish fillets. Chill for 4 hours, then steam the fish. Serve with a Moroccan quinoa herb salad and a smashed cucumber salad.
